Yes there is a new iPod Touch coming out in September. These new models are said to have a camera for pictures and better battery life. So I would get one if I already didn’t have one already.

The jury is still out on what I think of the new Apple showings today. I will say I wasn’t too impressed.

i say there’s nothing wrong with refurbished iPod Touch models. they are still functional plus with a much less cost. however, if you want to be sure that your ipod Touch has no problem at all, go with the new iPod touch

If you plan on jailbreaking it just buy the refurb as jailbreaking voids the warranty anyways. The New one just has a longer warranty if you dont jailbreak is all, The Refurib will be just like a new one and I doubt you could tell the diff between the two.

Depends on you.. dont get a refurbished ipod on ebay…. i would get the new one but if your low on money get the refurbished

I can access all of those tv shows online through hulu, and the iTunes store right on my iMac already, so why the need for Apple TV? There isn’t. Apple needs to team up with Sony to make a new gaming console. Microsoft wouldn’t deal with Apple, but Sony has recently had great interest in Apple, remember, Sony even offered the Cell processor to Steve Jobs. Sony is very happy with Apple’s business.

I seen Apple TV had a USB Port, thought maybe that was for attaching USB hard drives. No dice… it’s for service and support. The iPod Touch, I only have two minor problems with it. Please for the love of all thats holy Apple stop using a shiny back to it, even MS got the clue with the Zune HD. The other problem, No 16GB, seriously drop the 8Gb and go with 16GB.

I agree the AppleTV is a huge disappointment, i have always believed it to be worthless. I use the mac mini.
